WHY Building Management System?

Building management system is a computer software program, usually configured in a hierarchical manner to control, monitor and manage all equipment installed in the building.

This equipment can be heating, ventilation, cooling, security, and lighting. Building management systems can be proprietary or use such protocols as BACNet, LON, Modbus, etc.
